Programme Overview
Eight-week summer internship taking place June through August.
Designed to replicate as closely as possible the experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst.
Begins with an orientation offering a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from senior leaders.
Intern Experience
- Interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to their teams throughout the summer.
- Programming features a speaker series, mentoring, and various networking opportunities, including activities with employee networks.
- Interns may explore the Full-Time Analyst Programme after the internship.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates should be in their penultimate year of studies and graduating from an undergraduate or master's degree program in 2028.
- Applications are welcome from candidates studying any degree subject.
- Local language fluency is required to work at Continental Europe locations; only English is required for Budapest or Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
Application Process
- Candidates can apply for only one programme and up to two functions within that programme, using the same application.
- Withdrawing an application prevents submitting another application this programme year.
- After submitting, candidates receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment within five days or the application is automatically withdrawn.
- Application deadlines vary by location, including Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, and Riyadh by 31 January 2027.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.
