Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow users and interview process owners to document current‐state workflows in planning, order management, and related functions.
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and supporting documentation (RACI charts, checklists, templates).
  • Work with IBP and ERP/IT teams to translate process requirements into system configurations or simple automations (e.g., reports, alerts, templates).
  • Assist in testing and validating changes to ERP processes to ensure they are user‐friendly and accurate.
  • Contribute to training materials to support adoption of new or improved processes.

Qualifications

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills; ability to break down complex processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.) a plus.
  • Interest in ERP systems and business process improvement.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with cross‐functional stakeholders.
