  • Rotational assignments lasting 12–18 months expose participants to different parts of the business and strategic projects.
  • The program prepares graduates for customer-facing field representative opportunities.

Post-program field opportunity

  • Sales Representatives support, market, and sell machines or engines throughout the sales cycle and drive aftermarket solutions revenue in an assigned territory.
  • They advise dealers on performance, customer-service issues, improvement measures, forecasting, sales strategy, and sales techniques.
  • They support new-product rollouts and analyze marketplace and competitor activity, as well as product application, configuration, and utilization.

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel 30–70%, depending on assignments.
  • Willingness to live abroad for up to three months for training or rotation.
  • A valid passport through May 2027.

Relevant skills and advantages

  • Digital and data literacy are valued, including Microsoft Office/O365 and the ability to create simple dashboards or visualizations with Power BI or advanced Excel features.
  • Small-project experience, a third language such as German, and multicultural or international experience are presented as advantages.

Program support and development

  • Participants receive a personalized development plan, a dedicated coach, and technical, commercial, and soft-skill training.
  • The program offers international exposure, possible overseas rotation, strategic-project exposure, and a path toward roles across the business.

Recruitment process
