Program overview

Program work

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform product priorities and positioning.
• Support roadmaps by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and helping evaluate trade-offs.
• Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to move ideas from concept toward launch support.

Skills developed

• The program develops product thinking, strategic prioritization, market and competitive analysis, data-driven decision-making, and user and client needs discovery.
• Analysts build experience influencing cross-functional teams and contributing to product decisions grounded in evidence, feedback, and measurable outcomes.

Analyst program structure

• The Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational program with structured induction, project work, mentorship, and career support.
• Participants receive exposure across practices, platforms, and teams, plus professional, technical, and financial services training.

Program eligibility

• Applicants must be enrolled in a three- or four-year undergraduate degree program and graduate in Summer 2027.
• A minimum 2:1 or higher is required.
• A business-related and/or technology-related major is preferred.
• Applicants must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future in the country where applying.
