Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies and models using business and competitive market dynamics.
• Research and conduct competitive pricing analysis, and monitor impacts on company reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance on product positioning and pricing programs aligned with strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
• Project the revenue impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs.
• Create and administer pricing databases and coordinate pricing proposal implementation across the organization.

Basic qualifications

• Be completing or have completed a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree from an accredited institution.
• Major in or have majored in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications

• An overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and/or project management is preferred.

• Listed salary ranges are $60,200–$90,200 for Elkton, $54,400–$81,600 for Rocket Center, and $60,200–$90,200 for Linthicum.

• Travel is listed as 10% of the time.
