TAPP teachers are expected to demonstrate subject-matter expertise and deliver rigorous, standards-based instruction that supports student growth and achievement. Position Description: TAPP teachers will: - Foster a culture of high expectations by promoting student engagement, inspiring progress, and strengthening each student’s academic capabilities. - Plan, prepare, and deliver daily standards-aligned lessons across designated content areas. - Establish and maintain a positive, structured learning environment while effectively monitoring and managing student behavior in alignment with district policies. - Develop and prepare instructional materials, including syllabi, assignments, assessments, and supplemental resources. - Remain current with developments, best practices and curriculum updates within the assigned content area. - Maintain accurate, complete and compliant records, documentation and student data in accordance with district and state guidelines.
