Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Stainless Steel Fabricator role based in Musaffah, with two positions available.

The Stainless Steel Fabricator will interpret technical drawings and measurements to cut, shape, and assemble stainless steel components.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools and power tools, performing grinding and finishing work, and ensuring accurate fit-up and alignment of parts.

The role involves preparing materials, assisting with loading and unloading where needed, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

The fabricator will collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines, follow quality standards, and comply with all safety procedures.

Note: Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Available for face-to-face interviews in the UAE.
  • Proven experience as a Fabricator, Metal Fabricator, or similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, grinding, welding, and assembling metal components.
  • Proficient in using fabrication tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
  • Knowledge of different metals, materials, and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials when required.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Certification in welding or fabrication is an advantage.
  • Willingness to undergo training and learn new fabrication methods as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in stainless steel fabrication and furniture manufacturing.
  • Experience in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.
  • Ability to perform finishing, polishing, and surface treatment of metal products.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
