About This Role
Overview
- الوصف الوظيفي:
- نبحث عن أخصائي محترف لتأسيس وتطوير وتنفيذ نظام Odoo ERP بشكل كامل لشركتنا، بحيث يكون مسؤولاً عن تحويل العمليات الإدارية والمالية والتشغيلية إلى نظام رقمي متكامل يخدم طبيعة أعمال الشركة في مشاريع المختبرات والأنظمة الطبية والهندسية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحليل كامل لعمليات الشركة الحالية (Finance, Accounting, HR, Projects, Procurement, Inventory, Sales).
- تصميم هيكلة نظام Odoo بما يتناسب مع نشاط الشركة ومتطلبات السوق السعودي.
- إعداد وتنفيذ الوحدات التالية كحد أدنى:
- Accounting & Finance (محاسبة – ضريبة القيمة المضافة – الزكاة)
• HR & Payroll
- Document Management
- تخصيص النماذج والتقارير (Invoices, BOQ, Quotations, Financial Reports).
- تطوير أي إضافات برمجية مخصصة حسب حاجة الشركة.
- إدارة صلاحيات المستخدمين ومستويات الوصول.
- اختبار النظام والتأكد من جاهزيته قبل الإطلاق.
- تدريب الموظفين على استخدام النظام.
- إعداد دليل استخدام داخلي (User Manual).
- الدعم الفني بعد التشغيل.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في تنفيذ أنظمة Odoo.
- خبرة في:
- المحاسبة والأنظمة المالية.
- إدارة المشاريع.
- أنظمة ERP
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الضريبية في السعودية (VAT + Zakat).
- القدرة على البرمجة في:
- Python
- Odoo Framework
- خبرة في PostgreSQL.
- القدرة على تحليل العمليات التجارية وتحويلها إلى نظام رقمي.
- مهارات تدريب وشرح عالية.
- يفضل أن يكون لديه:
- تجربة سابقة في شركات:
- مقاولات
- تجهيز مختبرات
- مشاريع هندسية أو طبية
- شهادات ERP أو Odoo.
- خبرة في Odoo Enterprise و Odoo Community.
