Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Coffee Maker / Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.)
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Manage stock levels and report shortages
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a barista or coffee maker
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Tagalog speaker
- Presentable, active, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- **Salary:** QAR 3000 – QAR 3500 (based on experience)
