About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Female Barista to join our team, primarily assigned to events, catering functions, exhibitions, and special occasions. The ideal candidate should be confident working in fast-paced environments and providing excellent customer service during events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages to a high standard
- Set up and operate coffee stations at events and functions
- Interact professionally with guests and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
- Work flexible hours based on event schedules
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred (training can be provided)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure during busy events
- Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Team player with a positive attitude
