نبحث عن مرشح يمتلك خبرة عملية في إدارة المشاريع العقارية، ومهارة في الإشراف على التنفيذ، وإدارة الجداول الزمنية والتكاليف، والتنسيق مع مختلف الأطراف ذات العلاقة، بما يضمن جودة التنفيذ وتحقيق مستهدفات المشروع.
: المتطلبات
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع العقارية.
معرفة جيدة بأنظمة البناء في المملكة.
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية.
إجادة إعداد التقارير واستخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع.
يُفضّل وجود خبرة في المشاريع السكنية والتطوير العقاري.
