As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

*** Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon their arrival.**

*** Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations where appropriate.**

*** Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.**

*** Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring correct presentation.**

*** Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.**

*** Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.**

*** Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.**

*** Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised dining area, including table settings and service stations.**

*** Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service.**

*** Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.**

*** Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.**

*** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.**

*** A strong customer-first focus with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.**

*** The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**

*** Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.**

*** A professional and well-groomed appearance.**

*** Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.**

*** Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.**
