Role Overview
The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, efficient, and friendly service in a high-quality casual dining environment. This role ensures guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience through accurate order-taking, timely service, and knowledge of 3 Fils’ menu and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide clear explanations of dishes, specials, and beverages.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.
- Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests professionally.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support colleagues and managers to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in line with 3 Fils’ policies.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand values and provide personalized service that enhances guest experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in casual or fine dining preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and table service etiquette.
