Overview of the role
We are looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to support the Aftersales team across the UAE. You will be the first point of contact for customers—handling walk-ins, calls, and emails—ensuring every interaction is managed professionally and efficiently while supporting monthly and annual business objectives.
What you will do
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, capture the reason for contact, and route to the relevant team member as available
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer queries promptly within guidelines and escalate when required
- Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support
- Log and maintain accurate call records (time, date, caller details)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support the branch/service team by helping create a positive, “customers for life” experience
Required skills to be successful
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar front-facing role
- Professional, pleasant, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic IT skills (knowledge of IT systems is an advantage)
About the team
You will join the Aftersales Department, working closely with service and support teams to promote a strong customer service culture. The team’s goal is to ensure each customer experience is positive, efficient, and aligned with our service standards.
