Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of property listings (resale & rental)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
- Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- :
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (resales/rentals preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- RERA certification is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
