Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including detailed financial analysis and commentary.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, trends, and variances to support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Support operational managers with financial insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee cost analysis, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management accounting, preferably in retail, hospitality, or salon/beauty industries.
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
