Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and documentation
- Maintain records, reports, contracts, and filing systems
- Support management with reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor office supplies, facilities, and service requirements
- Support HR, onboarding, and employee administration activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Handle stakeholder communication and operational coordination
- Supervise junior administrative staff where required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
