Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter-Real Estate role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Recruiter will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, sourcing and evaluating qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
include drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining a talent acquisition pipeline.
Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Building strong relationships with industry professionals and utilizing recruitment tools and platforms will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and job posting tools
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and networking through professional platforms like LinkedIn
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and foster effective collaboration with the team
- Preferred: Knowledge of real estate market trends and local regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
