✨ Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, polished, and results-driven
Real Estate Agent
- to join our elite sales team.
- You will represent multi-million-dirham properties, manage high-profile clients, and play a key role in expanding our luxury portfolio in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Represent luxury properties to UHNW and HNW clients with discretion and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct high-end property viewings, private tours, and open houses.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value property transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s luxury property market, communities, and regulations.
- 📌 Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
- Strong network of HNW and UHNW clients is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Mandarin, or French is a plus).
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused.
