About Us
Open Home Properties is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and passionate **Real Estate Agent** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
If you enjoy sales, building client relationships, and helping people find the right property, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and online platforms
- Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, pricing trends, and available inventory
- Negotiate offers and support clients through the full closing process
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident dealing with clients
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
