• What you’ll do
• Turn observations into trading models
• Build and test strategies
• Identify where edge is lost
• Analyze competitors
• Run honest backtests (fees, slippage, latency)
• Take strategies to production (Python → engineering)
• Improve existing strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years in quant / trading
• Proven track record of strategies that actually worked
• Strong statistics background
• Python (data, backtesting, tick/order book data)
• Solid understanding of overfitting and biases
• Ability to find patterns in data
• High level of autonomy
• Nice to have
• Crypto / order book / on-chain experience
• HFT / market microstructure
• Experience reverse-engineering strategies
• Basic Rust knowledge
• Not important for us
• Rust in production
• PhD
• Perfect English
