Overview
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards.
- Reviews the project-specific quality plan, inspection, and test plans, check-sheets, method statements and related procedures.
- Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing for materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Completion of the necessary documentation to verify the work performed and full control of QA/QC documentation works.
- Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
- Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
- To ensure all materials delivered to the site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
- Issue and administer “Non-Conformance Reports”, handling of customer complaints, field instructions and ensure follow up.
- Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
- Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the condition of the contract.
- Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality Management Systems.
- Coordination for internal and external clients’ audits.
- Ensure the implementation of the planned training programme and suggestions for training requirements for the project.
- Conduct project-based training as per requirements.
