Overview
Savills are currently expanding their residential team and are looking to hire Brokers interested in elevating their careers.
With a reputation as a leading brand name within prime real estate, Brokers at Savills benefit from global marketing exposure and lead generation, as well as access to a vast network and resources that enhance their ability to serve clients and close deals.
This is a
commission-only
role, offering a highly competitive commission structure and strong earning potential.
Alongside the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professional and experienced Brokers, we are seeking individuals with 2+ years of real estate experience within Sharjah and the wider UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
- Abide by Real Estate Department standards
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times
- Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Present to potential clients and conduct viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify creative & innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business
- Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property
- Actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc.
- To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e. drafting of sale agreement addendums, MOU, POA).
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- A minimum 2 years sales experience within the UAE real estate market.
- Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Team player
- Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients
- Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage
