We’re looking for passionate, target-driven sales experts to join our growing team at Square Yards, even if you don’t have a real estate background! If you love closing deals, building relationships, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively identify and acquire new clients through calls, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions from our diverse portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize client retention and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments in the UAE real estate sector.
Who Can Apply:
- Sales professionals from industries like insurance, banking, cars, luxury retail, telecom, direct selling, B2B, B2C, etc.
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales / target-driven roles.
- Locally available and bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
(Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required*. We provide full training and onboarding.)*
