Projects Manager, Riyadh
We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in hotel and hospitality projects to oversee and deliver high-end developments from concept through completion.
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Development
Travel: Required frequently within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hospitality development projects including hotels, resorts, and high-end F&B facilities.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Review design submissions and ensure alignment with hospitality operational standards.
- Manage contracts, project documentation, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within hotel and hospitality developments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing and ready to relocate/transfer as required.
Preferred
- Experience working on luxury hospitality or international hotel brand projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
