Overview
Job Title: Personal Assistant – Real Estate & Development
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the management team of a growing real estate and development company.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle emails, phone calls, and follow-ups professionally
- Assist with administrative and personal tasks as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Organize files, records, and office operations
- Support real estate and development project coordination
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Run occasional errands and assist with day-to-day business operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate or development is a plus
