Overview
- Produce the monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for the group.
- Own the 12-month rolling cash flow forecast and working-capital model.
- Set annual departmental budgets in collaboration with the founder; run variance analysis monthly.
- Build scenario models for pricing, range planning, and channel-mix decisions.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and surface them to the founder with clear, numbers-backed recommendations.
- Lead and review the work of two Dubai-based Bookkeepers.
- Liaise with UK auditors, tax advisors and bankers.
