About This Role
Primary Purpose of the Job
Lead and supervise all contractor site activities and construction works to ensure full compliance with the approved project scope, engineering design, QHSE requirements, and project schedule.
Ensure timely completion, commissioning, and handover of assigned power generation projects in accordance with QatarEnergy standards, specifications, and procedures.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 15 years of construction/installation experience, including at least 10 years in the power generation industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and QHSE standards.
- Proficient in reviewing method statements, ITPs, lifting/erection plans, construction schedules, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to identify construction bottlenecks, assess risks, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and report‑writing skills.
Education
- al Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Diploma with substantial construction management experience.
