Overview
A fast-growing financial technology platform is seeking a
UAEN Financial Analyst
to support its finance, planning, performance management, and reporting activities as part of growth, based in Abu Dhabi.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Emirati finance professional looking to move into a more commercially focused finance role.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, cost analysis, KPI reporting, monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial performance insights.
Responsibilities Overview
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycle across business operations.
- Track revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period performance.
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial performance packs.
- Provide clear financial insights to support business decision-making.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support the development of financial models, planning tools, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and financial visibility.
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis, commercial reviews, and strategic finance initiatives.
Requirements
- **Emirati with a Khulasat Al Qaid - Mandatory.**
- 3–6 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, FP&A, performance reporting, consulting, audit advisory, or corporate finance.
- Experience from a
- consulting firm, complex business, financial services organisation, technology platform, fintech, investment-related business, or large corporate environment
- would be highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating financial data into practical business insights.
- Experience preparing dashboards, management reports, or performance packs
