Job Description
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced **Finance Manager** to join our growing team in the UAE.
We are seeking a strong, hands-on finance professional who can lead financial operations in a fast-paced **hospitality and F&B environment**.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE
- At least 5 years of proven experience in F&B / hospitality finance within the UAE (mandatory)
- Experience in 5-star hotels or established restaurant group operations is required
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Core Responsibilities & Expertise
- Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Comprehensive cash flow management and cost control (including food cost analysis)
- Leadership and supervision of finance and accounting functions
- Operational financial oversight across multiple restaurant locations
- Procurement control and cost optimization
- Taxation, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Crisis financial management and risk mitigation
- Strong analytical capability with a focus on speed, accuracy, and execution
Job Type: Full-time
