About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, and supporting management with accurate financial insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
- Support management with strategic financial planning and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
