We are seeking a **Female Caregiver** to join our team and support patients with daily living needs.
Job Description
The Female Caregiver will provide assistance and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
The role involves direct patient care and supporting families in managing daily routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed.
- Assist with feeding and monitoring dietary needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Educate and assist families in patient care practices.
- Follow proper infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Female candidate only (patient preference).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a caregiver or in homecare.
- Knowledge of basic nursing or first aid is an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
