Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end operational delivery across multiple onshore and offshore projects
- Full accountability for operational performance, including cost control and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all HSEQ standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage, mentor, and develop operational teams and supervisors
- Oversee planning, risk management, and execution of complex operations
- Act as a senior interface with internal stakeholders and key partners
& Skills Required
- Proven senior operations management experience within oil & gas or energy services
- Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable P&L responsibility
- In‑depth knowledge of HSEQ requirements in high‑risk operational environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
