• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Commercial Insurance Executive** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:*** Managing motor certificates for the existing motor fleet portfolio.
• Processing vehicle additions and deletions within fleets.
• Handling non-motor endorsements.
• Managing policy renewals.
• Conducting negotiations and follow-ups with insurers.
• Coordinating with the Document Processing team for accounting entries, including verification of documents as per client instructions and underwriting guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance checks and adherence to internal procedures.
• **Qualifications & Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in General/commercial lines
• Good knowledge of policy processing, endorsements, and renewals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with UAE insurance practices and compliance requirements is an advantage
