About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Lead who is part strategist and total organized powerhouse.
In this role, you will be the face of our agency to our clients.
You won't just manage timelines; you will manage relationships.
You will be responsible for translating a client’s vision into actionable briefs for our creative team, ensuring that every deliverable exceeds expectations while keeping our internal operations running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for high-value clients, building trust and ensuring long-term retention.
The Bridge: Translate complex client requirements into clear, inspiring creative briefs for our designers, copywriters, and digital strategists.
Expectation Management: Confidently lead client meetings, manage feedback loops, and navigate "scope creep" with diplomacy and solutions.
End-to-End Orchestration: Overlook the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery and onboarding to final delivery and reporting.
Growth Identification: Spot opportunities to add more value to the client’s business (upselling/cross-selling agency services).
Quality Control: Ensure that every piece of work leaving the agency is on-brand and aligns perfectly with the client’s business goals.
What We’re Looking For
Agency Pedigree: 3+ years of experience in a Creative Agency environment (this is a must).
Communication Mastery: You can speak "Creative," "Technical," and "Business" fluently.
Client First: A proven track record of managing difficult client situations with grace and professional firmness.
Strategic Thinking: You don’t just check boxes; you think about how this project impacts the client’s ROI.
Tool Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of PM tools (e.g., ClickUp) and a love for structured workflows.
