About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Track daily/weekly sales activities and prepare performance reports
  • Support team members in closing deals and handling key clients
  • Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job training sessions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Credit Card Sales**
  • At least 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with strong analytical mindset
  • Good knowledge of banking products and compliance guidelines
