Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Beverage Maker specializing in mocktails to join our team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting high-quality non-alcoholic beverages and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
Job Description
- Prepare mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station at all times
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Check freshness and quality of fruits and supplies daily
- Assist in creating new and innovative mocktail recipes
- Follow UAE food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a café, juice bar, or restaurant
- Experience in mocktail or beverage preparation preferred
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to relocate to Al Ain
