We are currently hiring an
Accounts Receivable Accountant
for a leading international exhibitions and publishing company.
This role requires an experienced professional with prior exposure to a similar position, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial, administrative, and accounting support to ensure accurate and efficient accounts receivable (AR) operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, managing expectations under pressure, and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail.
The role also requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while taking initiative when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate cash balances and registers
- Investigate and resolve unverified payments
- Perform daily/monthly reporting to management
- Reconcile sales and finance data periodically
- Manage customer queries within SLA timelines
- Post and track customer payments (cash, cheques, cards)
- Raise invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
- Support month-end activities (bank reconciliations, entries)
Requirements
- Minimum 2
- years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong
- Excel skills
- and accounting knowledge
- Excellent
- communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in a
- fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Must be
- available on own visa
